FRNT wheel studs 2001 4runner

Hello all! I am new to the group and this is my first post. I am 33 living in Colorado Springs, CO and have a 2001 4runner Limited (wifes). I have had several Toyota's in the past, mostly Tacoma's, and am a lifer...

Sorry to jump right into a question on my first post, I know it is frowned on, but I was searching around for an answer and didn't find what I was looking for.

On the above mentioned 4runner, I snapped a front wheel stud trying to get off the lug nut while replacing front rotors and pads. I have been trying to find a diagram/picture/video of the system to see if it is something I can tackle. I don't want to pay the dealer as I am unemployed, and feel I am fairly mechanically inclined (I did new rotors/pads on front in 1.25 hours for first time tonight). I have air tools and I think most tools I would need.

Can anyone help? Thank everyone...

I was hoping to get some more information on how to install it.... have never seen how the stud goes into/out of the hub. Any pictures or diagrams out there? Thanks!

Here's a link to the factory manual page on ncttora.com. 96-20 4Runner is about half way down.
