Oh, that #6 is a real pita. I used to pull off enough vacuum lines to stick my hand straight down there to help the ratchet along. It's even more difficult now that I have headers. I had to chop part of my reed valve mounting bracket off and (of course) I forgot to grind the sharp edges down. So Now I get cut up every damn time. A swiveling ratchet joint is very helpful in these situations. A ˟˟˟˟˟load of patience doesn't hurt either.

I live in the SFV, if you want, you can bring it by my place next weekend and I can check it out to let you know what's wrong...
