fog light help and front light help

Hello. My 99 4Runner is starting to burn some bulbs. In addition to my rear brake lights, my left fog light is out as well as a light to the side of the headlights (driver's side).

Any idea how to get to these two lights and what are the replacement bulbs I need? Thanks.

the dealer is often cheaper than napa on things like bulbs, since they dont pay for advertising or packaging. I can get bulbs from the dealer for ~$.75 each
