Flexplate blow, New TC & now Solenoid?!

This has been a nightmare tyring to figure this out, so I made a profile to engage with the sharpest minds here so hello everyone!

2001 Tacoma 2.7L 2wd Pre Runner A340E trans

Flex plate blew for the 4th time, this time I noticed the TC was also damaged as alignment pin was broken off (and likely the cause of my continued flexplate issue) This time I ponied up and got the OEM flex plate + a new TC and install was smooth. My Tranny/TC sucked up a ton of tranny fluid (about 5qts) showed normal levels but upon the truck cooling down after a 20mile test drive, I confirmed it was disgustingly overfilled (Drained around 1qt+ to get back to normal levels). Upon my test drive about 10miles in, Two codes pop up:
P0710 TRANS FLUID TEMP SENSOR A
P0770: SHIFT SOLENOID E
Never seen these codes before but found that I had one harness cable that wasnt attached (the upper most cable on top of the transmission, which may have popped off since the clips are old).

So I bring it back to the garage and now upon starting it the RPMs absolutely do not translate to the transmission, Idle rpms (1000rpms) should allow me to crawl, but it takes around 3500rpms and truck starts moving so obviously theres a lock up issue somewhere. Im just praying my new TC isnt damaged in this. Upon dropping my trans for the flexplate swap I did notice something head scratching with my Stater Spline shaft. Towards the back of the tranny you can see the shaft looks somewhat chewed up. But the splines inside my old TC looked fine. I know the TC rides on these splines and they do not move, but theres about 3/16" of splines that appear to be stripped. (maybe happened when the flex plate blew and my TC became out of alignment breaking the TC pin and just grinding to a hault?) I wondering if this has anything to do with my new p0710/p0770issue, or perhaps my Solenoid E went out due to overfilling the fluid and the upper trans cable not being connected. (Anywas theres a pic of the stater splines below)

Also, has anyone done a solenoid swap and where can I pick one up? I called Toyota and they couldnt confirm which Solenoid was E and that I got a 33% chance of "Picking correctly" (What a mindblowing response) and replacement solenoids are nearly the price of a used transmission locally anyways.. and seems to be the aftermarket solenoid packs on amazon dont fit 2wheel drive tacos??

Thanks for any insight on this.. I've cruised the forum and found a ton of helpful info already but still trying to determine next step
