Just a CB antenna. Its being held together with Duct tape and some how is still able to transmit quite well. Thanks Jokeplayer!

Just Coincidence I guess! Never really paid it much attention, but now that you mention it, it will play tricks on you if you stare at it long enough(Subliminal Pics used to make people send me their rigs).
