Figures and numbers, 1st gen oil leak
Well at 215,000 the oil is now pouring out at roughly 2 quarts per tank of gas. It is such a mess that i can not tell where it is leaking from. It is predominatly the passenger front side. with the lower gaskets being more suspect.
As some of you may recall I cut my finger off a while back, although it has been been re attached and is healing well, i cant use that hand well so most all shade tree work is impossible. So i am looking for some ideas and cost estimates when I drive this thing into a shop./

I would start with a good steam cleaning and go from there! Once she's all cleaned up you'll have an idea of where the leaks are coming from, otherwise some shop will replace every gasket you have!
Good Luck!

Could be the front main seal. Not hard to replace and very inexpensive too.
It took me about an hour to replace mine. I would start with that. I know mine went bad around 200,000 miles
EDIT: just saw you have the V6. cant realy help you on the time frame to fix it.
