factory fog trouble.

I have the factory fogs on my 4runner and they have quit working. The light on the switch still comes on so i know the relay is getting power. The bulbs are both good but I cant seem to fix the problem. I may end up getting a whole new wiring harness and just seeing if that fixes the problem.

how do you know the bulbs are still good? Some of the cheaper H3's even the Hellas sometimes don't last long

I have many sets of H3 bulbs. The current bulbs in them are PIAA Ion crystals that arent very old. I tried swapping out bulbs with some of the others I have and still no go.

Well I now feel like an idiot, turns out it was the bulbs. I guess H3 bulbs go out and the filament stays intacked. I decided to try a 3rd pair of bulbs and there was the solution
