Driver side seat belt indicator

Hey everyone, just had a quick question about the wire that runs under the driver seat that tells you whether the seat belt is in or not. When I was examinging the wire I found two wires, yellow/black and white/black. Which one is ground and which one is power?

And just to be 100% sure, this is a switched wire right?

Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure which is hot and which is ground, but if you cut them then the stupid seat belt minder bell will stop buzzing. Just cover the ends with electrical tape to keep them from shorting to metal. And always wear your seatbelt (I just can't stand the noise)

is there a reason why you would cut it vs just simply unplugging the harness?

I kinda wondered that too...Mine just unplugged and no more buzzer or annoying light in the dash.
