Dr. Z's 3.0 ISR MOD

I took the pipe off tonight and just made covers for the silencers.

It looks stock so noone will know the difference.

OK OK

Guess I should use this for a great excuse to buy G3 digital camera I been looking at.
Who amoung us would know that our 4Runner "problems" could lead to other toys

Really though it looks like I made no changes so there is nothing other than the stock pipes installed.

I did notice the exhause seems a little quiter and acceleration is smoother. I need to run up the mile long hill in 5th to see if I can maintain speed now.

{raises hand}

I have a project going on right now that I would never have thought of doing if it wasn't for having done the deckplate and ISR, which lead to my getting a BR-2, then doing the ECT mod which was basically just a pacifier until I got the SMT-5.

And now... All that's leading up to an on-board Windows machine with a 5" LCD panel to drive the BR-2 and SMT-5 as well as provide MP3 playback! ARGH!

Talking OK

Yep - Been looking for awhile.

I recieved teh SMT-5 the other day, I need to download the program and the manual to my lap top.

I have my new Aisin hubs torn down because they were dumped in solvent before they were shipped - clean but I need to get old grease out and repack the bearings (bought Mobil 1 synthic grease).

Lots of projects going on.
