Question Difference between 2.5" lift and 3" lift

Is there a difference between say the Dayster 2.5" lift and the Revtek 3" lift? I been looking around, and it looks like the pieces are different, I would think that they would be fairly similar even because they are different brands?

Thanks for the help!

I guess I have to be the person to say 0.5" of lift. Search around for the different types of lifts (spacers, top outs, adjustable coilovers, adjustable struts) and you'll find what you're looking for as well as the pros and cons of each system.

As far as I know, the Revtek lift comes with polyurethane and metal spacers to be used together. The Daystar is all poly. They are pretty much the same, the real difference is that 1/2".

sorry I guess I should have said that one difference is 0.5" of lift, but what I meant to say is which one is better because the 2.5" lift uses extended shackles in the rear, and the 3" lift uses lifting blocks and u-bolts for the rear?

Which is the best brand of 2.5-3" lift that is on the market?

neither are good, get a real lift.

some springs or coilovers up front and shackles in the rear
