Man, you won't be the only one drinking low carb stuff. What kind do you like?

A cooler with ice is pretty much the most simple part of the whole thing, I think ... we will end up with about 20 of those, but not enough tools.

As for scheduling - I have no idea what snoozer is aiming for, I only meant to say I'm free in general, for whenever you guys want to do this.

What gives you that idea? I got the tools thing covered.

as for the beer, I just need enough to get a really good buzz going. That way I can get really
belligerent and try my best to offend everyone.

Hey guys, I gotta make this quick. I've scanned over the many many posts on here since I was last on. I'm all for doing this when we can get everybody together. So how about tentatively scheduling the WAT for April 24th? Post up if this doesn't work for you. I'll probably still be getting my tires by the end of March, but I can stick in them in my dad's garage until they'll fit on my Runner. This may give me enough time to get my front OME shocks too . I've already got the cornHOLES , the Downeys, and the rear OME shocks.

It sounds like we've got the tools and beers covered. What do I need to bring? I can cover the food.

Also, I wanted to thank everyone that will be helping out. I was a little weary of tackling this myself.

Hopefully I'll have more time to post in the next few days. How is it that I've become busier this week even though I'm on spring break?

Later.

April 24th? That's about the last weekend before I'm out for summer ... cool. So anyway, as far as I know right now, I could do that. Let's keep in touch here as it gets closer to time. Hey man, I hope you have a good spring break and get some time to rest and play!!

I've got a sense of humor too.

24th works for me. and after some elbowing and throat squeezing, I think I have my wife talked into being the cook for the day, so I can bring my little propane grill and she can fire up some dogs and burgers.

How about a venue? I think a bunch of trucks, tools and chumps slugging down beers and turning wrenches might attract a little law enforcement in an open parking lot somewhere.

ahv, I was hoping so. sometimes these little plastic keys and stark white letters don't communicate the facial expression behind their message. Phew!

I agree with that.. I was thinking that it might not be a good idea to drink and work on a car in a parkinglot...cops love that. I do not know of anyplace in DFW but, I do not know how you all feel about a long drive to Scabilene..errr I ment Abilene. I have a house and a garage...This is if all else fails..Ya'll are more than welcome. Plus, I have a couple of extra bedrooms if you drink too much
I know of some very BASIC places to try out the lift afterwarsd as well.

Again, Abilene is far but you all could convoy it over

I won't be able to attend that function. The next time I go that far is going to El Paso to wheel with a dude out there to see some dino tracks, mines and what not.

Ahhh ... no way in hell would I want to do it at my college ...

when I said school parking lot, what I really meant was the middle school behind my house - there's just an enormous parking lot, and it was just a suggestion.

Maybe we can rent a flatbed trailer and take turns driving and we can do the work while driving through dallas. Like that video, "I got a little change in my pocket goin' jang-a-lang-a-lang, gonna call you on the telephone babay, give you a rang..."
