I see that the front spoiler is gone. Does the spoiler serves some purpose?

I might do that pretty soon, myself, considering my poor mans black pearl mod lasted about 2 months before it started chipping...

Looks great. You think the 2nd gens are bad, look at the rear of my new 3rd gen:

The "Toyota" badge on the lower right corner is definately coming off and likely the Toyota emblem under the wiper--it's too hard to clean and wax around it. Are all of these emblems held on with double stick tape?

Hey! That looks really good! I've been thinking about removing my emblems too, since I may be getting my truck repainted. Looks really clean. I like the tail lights too! Way cool.

Well, have fun all.

NDrunner: i have a 93, too w/the amber/red tails.

you can get testors transparent red paint and paint them yourself to get the single-color effect.

i think it looks good Steve but i like my toyota sr5 on the back. Just adds to the look in my opinion. I have noticed however like you say, the wax getsin there but oh well. Only up close u can see that.

If you have patience and love perfection, use a blow dryer and then peel them off with dental floss. Makes for a clean peel and no scratching of the paint. Just dont use a chissel like I know one guy in highschool did... that looks like crap man!

Hey paddlenbike;

Yes all the badges except the Toyota emblem (top center under the wiper) are glued.
The center one is held with 2 pins!!!! Its the only one that i haven't removed!!!
I used 'adhesive remover' made by 3M poured it over the emblems and let it soak for a bit and I used some fishing line!!! worked really well!!!
Good Luck!!
