sounds like a good way to get them to not pay out, cancel your policy, and make it hell to get another policy ever again.

insurance fraud is stupid. quit driving my rates up.

That really sucks man. I would'nt count on seeing an adjuster til about Wednesday with the holidays and all. With the cost of glass and if the dented up the A and B-pillars they may try to write her off on you.
At least you got an AWD for a rental all I got was a FIT (not a bad car but not the best either). Sounds like it was punks being punks or maybe some twisted kiddie gang jump in ritual or more likely a case of mistaken identity.
Hope they fix her for you and I'd take it up with the ins. co's staff driving with cracked glass and smashed lights will get you a ticket and an impound fee in "Fantino's" Ontario, I'd make a stink about being told to break the law by the ins. clerk especially if they are reluctant to fix her.

I've done this a few times and lucky walked away unscathed. The 3rd gen door remotes have an auto roll down feature for the rear window that I've activated while the remote was in my pocket...not cool to come out to.

I had my truck vandalised a few years ago. I was hanging at a friends house and heard my alarm go off. I ran outside onto his front porch just in time to see the guy jumping up and down on my hood. I made the mistake of yelling at him and he saw me and took of running. I drove around the neighborhood looking for him but had no luck. It sucked! my insurance covered it but it cost me in premiums.

Hmmmm people keep saying kids kids kids, blah blah damn those punks. No one was there and saw who did it. It could have been a gang of seniors that sneaked out of the "home." A couple of them could have been bashing it with their walkers and Hoverrounds then sped off in a Grand Marquis.
