I am installing the arb compressor for my lockers under my hood and Im having trouble getting the clearance that I desire for the connections.Has anyone disconnected the cruise on their 3rd gen and left it disconnected? If so did you notice any other electronics affected by doing so? It seems like an awful lot of wires going to the unit and I was wondering if any of the circuits loop through the unit to other areas. Does anyone have some pics under the hood with an arb installed? Thanks.

 

I moved my cruise control servo a little bit forward to install my ARB compressor. I just made a mounting plate for it and mounted it next to the airbox. Here are some pics.





By the way, I didn't disconnect anything from the cruise control box. I just relocated it closer to the airbox to make room for the compressor.
