if its a full size rig (small but regular sized, not a laptop), make sure you get a good inverter and also make sure you voltage isnt too low when idling. when i had my comptuer in my car (15 inch monitor in passanger footwell and mid-sized tower behind passanger seat) it shut off a couple times when i was idling, simply not enough power for the inverter and it shut off. of corse the anternators suck in my third gen.
