Complete Suspension Replacement?

Complete Suspension Replacement?
Ok I've turned into one of those guys I hated... So I'm going to blame it on the "learning curve"...
I've been looking at what I now know are Gen 2 4runners. I went out & test drove a '95 w/ 117k miles on it. They want about $7k which I think is slightly high but it is in GREAT condition and is a limited with some tan leather seats. ANYWAY.. the problem I found with this one is something I was hopeing you guys could help me with.
The suspension needs to be worked on abit. Kind of starting to roll abit anyway. I'd like to lift the truck if I got it but I'm trying to figure out what options are available. In my experiance I'd like to replace everything at once. So all of the suspension springs & shocks. The brakes feel like the are almost dead also..
Coil Overs would be nice but can I put them on a Gen 2? I've looked @ some manufacturers and they say '95 - 'xx but I thought a '95 was a Gen 2 ? What gives?
Also while I'd be taking apart the suspension.. What are some suggestions for pads & rotors?
OK I got off topic. But you guys seem SOOOO nice ;-)

95 4r is a 2nd gen and has a torsion bar front suspension, I don't think coilovers would work, but don't really know, just lettin' you know it has a tbar up front. The Downey HDs for the rear do level the 4r up nicely but I wouldn't consider it "lifted", it is higher than stock, but sits level.

take a look at flygtensteins rig, he has a pretty good set-up that will do you well. check out the members list to find him, he wheels his rig hard and has some great info on what works and what to expect in trail carnage.
