Colorado Blizzard & Mashed Bumper

Driving home on I-25 this last weekend, I was given the opportunity to smack a truck in the side or the grill guard. I chose the grill guard. Thankfully I was down to speeds of around 10 mph. After inspection, the bumper and lower valace were the only parts crunched. Looking at the bumper brackets, I dont think any of them were harmed either.

So I am in need of a new bumper and lower valace. If anyone has one locally, I will gladly pay for it and pick it up. Otherwise, this is the most reasonable I could find online. Found some on eBay for $80 but with $60 shipping Been wanting to order parts for my newer runner and now is the chance. Figure I would buy a new air filter with the free shipping, but APW doesn't carry Amsoil, only TruFlow.

Anyone ordered from Auto Parts Warehouse before? Will these bumpers work just fine?

Which lower valace do I buy?

What kind of vehicle? Pickup, 4Runner, Taco, Tundra? What year? Can't answer without knowing these things.

EDIT: Ringmaster beat me by seconds.

Wish I had kept the bumper off my 99, you could have had it and the valance for shipping.

make sure your bumper didn't flex and cause your fan to close up your radiator fins, it happened to me when i hit a deer.

Try Certifit or some of the other aftermarket body part manufacturers. I belive Eagle is also one of them in the Denver area. Some say these aftermarket Chinese/Taiwanese parts are not as good, but having rebuilt a few totaled vehicles I have noticed very little difference.

TrueFlow filters are just as good if not better than Amsoil...do a YT search on them and you'll find plenty of happy users including myself.

This guy might still have a bumper... https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f180/front-bumper-brand-new-chrome-oem-96-97-98-toyota-4runner-99977/

what color? If different, any ideas on how much it is to get a bumper painted? I actually would prefer a white bumper over chrome.

It's the factory dark gray/black. Probably 150 would get it painted.
