coil springs

i just picked up a set of the downey hd coils that lift it about 1.5". will i need new longer shocks now or can I keep the same ones in...

I vote to keep your current shocks. It's the inexpensive route.

If you are not disconnecting your rear sway bar, stock length shocks should be fine. It is a good opportunity to get better shocks though...
