Cleaning polished aluminum wheels
allright my new wheels that i got like 5 months ago look like crap now any know some good products for cleaning, polishing wheels

Another vote for mothers.. it's really time consuming though. I usually spend 45 minutes to an hour on each wheel when I do mine. This is probably the reason whey my Black steelies from two winters ago are still on there..

I bought some stuff at Les Schwab tires that was pretty good; I think it is the Heavy Metal Polish that Big uses! Works well. Polished wheels are good, but you have to polish at least once a month in good weather to keep em looking good, even more if they've been exposed to rain, snow, mud, etc

wow, I have the same problem with my procomps. I have had them on for about 2 months through 2 minor snow storms, havent polished them once, and they are starting to pit, but it is very very minor. I was only anticipating on doing them once a year, 4 hours is a little much, and local shops want $100+, I wouldnt suggest polished aluminum wheels to anyone, after this.
