Cleaning Chemically Treated Windows
I was wondering if there is anything I should avoid using to clean my '03 Runner's hydrophobic windows? My windows have some prettty nasty waterspots on them, what do you recommend to get these off? I don't want to compromise the the chemically treated windows in any way. Thanks.
Sorry for double-posting this. I should have just posted it in here only. I trust the opinions here.

Be Careful!
I'd start out by trying some vinegar to maybe dissolve the lime waterspots you may have.
I'd NOT use anything even a little abrasive, such as glasswax or Bon Ami. On another forum, there have been complaints of scratching the rear window on an '03 removing ice with a plastic scraper.
I've used good 'ol Windex exclusively for the windows on my '03, and it's worked well
Good luck.
