There is a product you can get that you can put in the AC system your self that can seal pin holes and leaky seals, It works pretty well too... I forget the name just now but I'll check and try to post it tomorrow.

I finally decided to clean out mine this Sunday afternoon and was very disappointed. The fan was cleaner then my bathroom fan...ugh.

I did not remove the glove box but did remove the plastic footwell kicker out of fear of dropping that rear screw. Made the removal of the rear screw much easier.

Mine had quite a bit of small sized particullar dirt on it, but wasn't as bad as I thought (close to that of the writeup though).


I did the exact same (remove the kicker panel).
