Clayed and Corey Cable'd the 98 today
Guys,
As is customary when one does the "full job", I clayed and Corey Cable'd my baby today. Been over 6 months now---too long!
Though I never did like Desert Dune too much, I've grown to like the color. It really has a neat way of changing color, depending on the light. For example, this first pic was taken around 645pm. It looks a little more Desert Dune-ish:
And this one was taken about 10 minutes later (yes, I took a lot of pics!). Looks more silver-ish:
The nice thing too is that I didn't have to use polish, unlike my other previous black vehicles. Woo hoo! In time, the scratches I may accumulate might require polish but as for now, the light colored paint sure doesn't allow for them to be so visible.

Looks good Bob.
That is weird how the color will chage depending on the light.
Yep, you too can get that "I'm to sexy for my truck" look with the Porter Cable buffer
Your rig is looking nice.
