Check engine light came on.. argh

Driving around today and the truck started feeling really weird.. Really sluggish and when I'd take off it'd shake. So I was cruising around and hit the gas a little hard to see how it'd react and boom.. Check engine came on and the truck progressively got worse throughout the day. Just got back from dropping it off at the dealership

That sucks. At least you still have a warranty.

Hate to break it to you, but that wont go away. Well, you can make it "dissapear" for awhile by lubricating the driveshaft, but it comes back again rather quickly. Just get used to it, after awhile you dont even notice

Clunk AS you come to a stop?
Or clunk when you release the pedal after a stop?

Don't know about the 1st one. But as you leave the stop - that's normal. Axle wrap, from what I've read. I understand you can get rid of that with an aftermarket leaf pack.

Can't say that I've ever experienced that while approaching a stop... interesting.
Would you be able to duplicate it?
