If you keep the stock length shocks then you should be ok without brakelines. The shocks are what limit the travel. If you plan on off roading it and travel is a concern then you'll want longer shocks. If you're not going to off road it, stock length shocks are fine. The brake proportioning valve should be adjusted though, either with a bracket or changing the length of the rod.

Hey, I am not tellin ya what to do, lord knows... am too new to the forum, but I would dissuade a Body Lift on a 4-runner, if you think you can see that gas tank hanging down right now, just wait for the lift.... then the underlings start to show. I thought about doing the same thing to get some 33's, but just did an OME rear spring, and torsion bar crank, bout $275 out of my pocket. Food for thought....

Last time I went, I still was in Va, we used to go down to the Jefferson Nat'l forest, but, I am always looking for some cool places to go here... I have heard about some from my cousin down that way, in north ga, and in the cherokee nat'l forest, but haven't been out to try any yet. How about you? Got any suggestions?

Someone please help fooddude out in finding his coil springs (i am personally ordering mine tomorrow (if my dad will finally help me out) from Central 4WD!! But in the meantime:
When I have time to go me and a church buddy go to the local State park called Prentice Cooper which is decent with a good creek crossing and some mud and rocks. I want something with more to choose from like at Wheelin in the Country in middle TN www.wheelininthecountry.com . That place looks great but is 3.5 hours away and since im still in highschool i don't have enough time to go out there and really spend some time. I don't know exactly where Franklin is but i'd check that place out for sure.
