I did the brakes on my cousin's 96 today (which happens to be MY old 96 4Runner with the Vortex) and test drove it, and all I can say is I WANT MY OLD TRUCK BACK. The vortex sounded so cool, and the 3.4L has much better power than my 3.0.

Yep. I've never heard it in person on 4th. I can't imagine how great it would sound if it sounds this good on the 6.

it would be a no brainer if they used adapters because the smallest size vortex makes is a 2.25

and i need a 1.75 grrrr

and no i dont want to spend $350 on a catback

Anything is possible. Find the right exhaust shop and they do it, using either reducers or a pipe expander.


Ask Jason B, maybe he can find the smallest one.

smallest is 2 1\4 i think im gonna just pick another muffler...maybe flowmaster

i ahve an apptment 2marrow i think i can get the flowmaster installed for $130 with warranty on work and muffler
