Is the compressor running? If so ..
You can go to Oreilys or parts store you like get a couple of cans of 134a,They will also have a cheap hose with a guage you can use to recharge it. Then see what you get. It is really easy.
Then if that seems to work see if it lasts or maybe you have a leak then get someone to fix the leak. Thay also make a small can of stuff that gets it about 10 degrees cooler. I added it to mine just because, its so cold it hurts now.....Good luck

I believe they say your AC is supposed to get really cold before it goes out. Maybe that's just me, but I could have swore... Hmmm.
Yeah, best bet is to see if you have a leak, if you are still good on R134, then it might be your compressor. And that can cost $$$!!!

Also, can you add a lower thermostat say a 180 compared to 195(not sure if that is what toyota uses?)
