Couple of rookie questions:

What are the necessary (or best) suspension setups for these bumpers. Would adjustable coilovers be sufficient for the weight up front--for a 3rd gen 4R?

Does anyone have demensions for ARB bumper for a "do it yourself" project? Or is that not recommended for something like this?

Thanks!

My bumper was the first bumper produced. (prototype if you will) 4xInnovations and I worked out a price based on time and the use of my 4Runner. The prices should be on their website.

If you're thinking about Tactical Armor Group (formerly Kennesaw Mountain Accessories) and apparently in the process of changing their name to Blue Lake Offroad, read this post (actually the whole thread) first:

Stumbled across this thread looking for bumper ideas for my 84 4Runner and I hate to be "that guy" with his first post pimping his buddy's products, but also check out Eric with ZombieArmor. He's in Phoenix and his email is zombiearmorbumpers@gmail.com.

He's got Gen 2 and FJ Cruiser bumpers and his next Toyota projects will be Gen 3 and then Gen 1 bumpers. Prices are around $500 unpainted or around $600 powder coated plus shipping.

Half of those are dead links now, any updated info? I'm searching for a cheap functional winch bumper, any ideas other than those listed below that still work?
