Ive had my Savage Offroad bumper for almost a year now and Im very pleased with it! I do wish I had the money to powder coat it, the bed liner I put on it isn't holding up, I think this summer I'll sand it and paint it. I also need to have to mounts beefed up on the runner itself, the bent a little when I pulled off the bumper.

84-2004 truck bumpers

www.padgettfabrication.com has been building replacement bumpers for the 84-94 trucks, 84-89 4runners, 95-2004 Tacomas, and 2005+ Tacomas. We have 13 years in the business. Nothing "production" for 4Runners Yet but we have done some one-off 4runner bumpers. Thanks

these are the same guys as kenmtnac.. which I have heard mixed reviews about. Their prices are reasonable and to some a good deal but you pay for what you get with this kind of stuff. Look up reviews of kenmtnac. Looks like they've stepped up their game with new products and a new site.

Ive driven by that place dozens of times and never stopped. How are they to deal with. May hit them up or that place off main street come lift time.

Dude, good ass write-up on the various bumpers. Personally I like bumpers made by Shrockworks but their a little pricey. You give many good different options. Mad props for searching and organizing for all us Tacos and Runners out there.

I forgot to ask but how intense is the work to change out front bumpers? I have never taken my front bumper off, ive always trimmed as i needed more space. Is there much welding/welding at all or is it a lot of bolt on. Also, does this situation vary from different companies?

4xinnovations bumper is bolt on. No grinding or welding needed unless you need to grind an old bolt off.

I will have pics in a couple weeks of my 4xinnovations plate bumper powder coated black. Just took it to the powder coater a few days ago. My bumper is the first one built. Sadly I have had it in the garage for months.
