Brakes "click" after installing new rotors

Help...

I installed new Brembo rotors and PFC pads per recommendations on this forum. I had no problem installing and when I went out to test they worked fine EXCEPT, If I brake hard I hear a clicking sound. If I brake easy there is no sound.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Make sure all the hardware is secure (ie bolts are all tight) and you did not leave anything out (clips, etc).
If you still get a click you might try some anti-squeel to quiet it a bit.
Sounds like something got missed though.

It sounds like maybe the pads are hanging up, when they slide on guide pins. Where the pins rusty or corroded?

Is it a one time click when applying the brakes or constant?
