Brake rotors?
I'm going to replace the rotors and pads on my dad's '92 Toyota pickup.
Where is a good shop to purchase rotors from. Local dealer wants $95 each:eek:

Todd, are you wanting to stick with Toy rotors?
If so, check the vendor section here under the online dealers.
Also the Toyota dealership out in Renton has Internet pricing.
I bought my window switch from them for really cheap.
Saved a lot from buying it at Doxon's by me.

Rotors
I looked at autozone.com, and they have some for $31 each.
I put some of theirs on our '98 Maxima for $26 each, and have been very happy with them, along with their carbon metallic pads. I followed some rotor seasoning instructions I found on the 'net to prevent warping, so far, so good.
You may have read this tip elsewhere, but if the rotors are bolted to the hub, it's easier to remove them by putting the hub/rotor into your wheel for bracing, while loosening the bolts.

I have also recently put rotors from AutoZone on my 4Runner. I couldn't be happier with them. They were $54 each and as far as I'm concerned they're as good as stock rotors at almont 1/2 the cost. Lots of guys go and order Brembos and cross drilled or slotted rotors but that might be overkill and very expensive.
The rotors I got from AutoZone are made by Aimco. Aimco is a subsidiary of Dana Corporation, a major player in the automotive parts arena.
