Brake light fuse keeps burning
I went through a carwash and later went to go to lunch. Wouldn't come out of park. Checked and sure enough no brake lights and a burned fuse for the stop lights. Replaced the fuse and it popped again after stepping on the brake. I removed all the bulbs and replaced fuse again and started adding bulbs hoping a certain one would fail the fuse directing me where to look. (socket wire that particular one etc. Nothing they all work normally. SO i guess something is exposed and getting wet. I am going to rig the brake lights on and get a waterhose and slowly wet ares to see if i can find the short. Is there a common place that the wiring gets worn that I should look? I checked the trailer harness but it looked ok.
