Proper Body Lift

Along these same lines, Im looming to put a 2" Body lift on my 90 Runner 4dr. What companies make the best lift, and aside from the spacers and bolts, what other parts will I need to make everything function smooth (so far I know about the gas tank spacer, steering spacer, rad. drop brackets, and shifter extension) I dont need to worry about the bumpers, my friend Jeff is going to weld me custom bumpers.
Also, is there a way to lift the gas tank up 2", so the driveline will be farther from it? I figure with 2" more clearance to the body, i can lift the gas tank up, which will give me more ground clearance too. Thanks

Think you could fit 33's with the Downey set up and a 2" body lift. Things get much more complicated going from 2inches to 3. Death Cougar I used to come fly my ultralight to the airshow there in Arlington every year for a quite a while.

Roger Brown (4Crawler Off Road) makes the best body lifts period.
Many run his kits, and he is on all the forums, and all are happy with the kits.

Look in our Vendor Links section here for the link to his site for more info.

2" body lift and you are looking at extending your shifters and radiator, and front bumper brackets.

1" lift none of that required.

Plus, with a 1.5 inch rear coils, a torsion bar crank, and slight pounding/cutting of the wheel well, you can still fit 33s.
