4crawler BL all the way. Quick check over at Shrockworks shows an optional bracket for a 2" lift. Call and see if they can do a 1".

I'm sort of in the same boat as you. I'm looking to get a 1" BL installed in the near future. I have the 7.1 SS lift, welded sliders, stock hitch and TJM bumper already installed. Although with that said, I don't think 1" is going to be too much of a gap. Maybe 1.5" or 2" would be too much w/o correcting the above mentioned parts to line up, but 1" should be find w/o modifications. However, I say that now, but like you, I'd like to see some pics of 1" BLs installed on other similar 4Runners for a comparison in how noticable the gaps become.

Acording to Shrockworks, the bumper can be adjusted about 1/2" up-down. Looking at the brackets, it appears you could modify them a bit to get a another
1/4"~
Have you considered a custom 1/2" BL from 4cralwer?
