Black smoke on start up
I am having an issue, not big, truck still runs great but when I first start the 4runner in the morning and rev it I get some black smoke. It wasn't there before the engine was built.I do have a bigger cam so that's where I'm guessing it's coming from.It goes away after it warms up.It idles and runs great but the little blacks dots of moisture on the driveway are getting annoying.Could it be the cold start injector or just some computer tuning?

Sounds more like the TPS. Check it soon and make sure it is right. The two different shops that were supposed to check mine after installing an LC EFI Pro motor screwed the pooch and it wound up costing me a bunch of $$$ and a new headgasket. Plus, if it is far enough out, you will be washing down the cylinder walls and getting gas in the oil. Just not the sort of things you want to be doing with a new motor.
The bigger cam would tend to make the engine run lean and not rich I believe. Other possibilities would be the cold start injector which may be leaking fuel into the intake when the engine is shut down so it has excess fuel to burn on start up.
