One noticable difference is that it runs much smoother on high speed gravel and dirt roads. No bottoming out any more, and I cary tons of weight back in the rear. If you spend lots of time on the gravel, I'd recommend the suspension even if you kept everything else stock.
Another noticable difference is a crummy ride on the interstate. As with any real off road vehicle, road noise increases with the tires. The higher center of gravity tends to make it a little less stable; It definately takes a little more steering to keep it in the lane at interstate speeds.
But I'm a guy. I don't care about stuff like that. Looking at the beefy thing in the parking lot gives me more enjoyment than any smooth ride ever did. If you care about smooth ride...well, I probably wouldn't do any of these mods.

I got more fender clearance. The suspension makes the front set a couple inches higher, and the rear about 3 inches. You're not going to be clearing 35's (or 33's without some creative reshaping) but with the body lift on top of it, I have no trouble clearing the 33's.

Thats debatable. His rig has an additional body lift and some seriously aggressive tires (which look really nice). I doubt that the ome coils/shocks by themselves would give a lousy ride. If you are concerned about it dont use the extra 2" body lift and a put on a bit narrower tires. Should ride fine.
Just my $0.02.

Amazing write up....I may end up doing your setup to the T. I've been looking at lifts a couple of weeks now. Also i'm Graduating high school in a couple of weeks and i'm looking at also going into the Air Force. I'm just not real sure if i should go or not?

Awesome write up man...Your rig is a beast. When I was in tech school down in Pensacola, FL I would always use the Auto Hobby Shop to help my buddies out. Thanks for serving your country. I myself was in the NAVY from 2002 - 2007. Jake, if you are going to join any branch of service, the Air Force isn't bad. Us aviation NAVY guys always made fun of them because they have it so good, but thats because we were jealous.

NICE! I like the BL on it. Gives it more tude. I want a 3in on the suspension and 1 on the body. For 4 inches. Can i do that? 1 on the Body 3 on the suspension without having to do lots of modding? And w/the BL it looks like you can get the oil filter easier, i go though my driver side tire to get to mine...skid plates way banged up to remove.
