can anybody give me any info on these? are they worth leaving in, or should i just rip them out? im going to be taking the back panels off this weekend, if my subs show up by then, because im going to try and fit them in the back cubbies, but anyways. i have after market 4" that are pioneer. thanks!!!

are you talking about the stock amps connected to the rear speakers in some versions of the 2nd gens? If so I took those out cause the new head unit i got was putting out enough power to power the new speakers i got. I was able to get more sound but less bass but that's because of the boxes that the speakers are in. I'm looking to alternatives for another enclosure for the new speakers since they don't fit the box. It's not on the top of my list since I got a couple 10s.
For anyone who is confused about what I'm talking about, some of the second gen 4runners had the rear speakers inside of a box in the side panels along with a built in amp for each speaker.
