Auto Tranny Help!!!!

ok so for the last few weeks, at least once a day, when i shift into reverse in my 2000 2wd auto its a pretty rough jerk. also, for the next minute or so, when it shifts into 2nd and 3rd its also a pretty rough jerk. i have routinely taken my 4runner to the toyota dealership for the normal oil changes and maintence, and i have had the 90,000 maintence done...i just turned over 90000 today. i do go offroading on the weekends, so im thinking maybe i could have like a little mud or water somewhere that i havent got out...however i am almost positive ive cleaned out everything...i spend all day sunday cleaning out the whole 4runner...my friend had a similar problem with his pathfinder and said that it was the transmission fluid...i dont know what i should do, but i feel its something simple like transmission fluid. i picked up some slick 50 auto tranny treatment today, since i figured that its not the transmission fluid b/c im sure they did that at the dealership. i havent put in the treatment yet, and i was looking to get some help. any suggestions or advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

I had something like that happing on my 99' 4Runner and it turned out to be a broken motor mount on the driverside (pretty comon on Toys). But I can't really say if that is whats up with yours. what ever you find out don't forget to post your results back here so others will Know. Good Luck

If you have 90k miles, and the transmission hasn't been FLUSHED, DO IT NOW. The tranny flush is an annual (30k mile) thing for me. It will likely help.
