ARB question for 94 or older vehicle
when adding the ARB bumper on a 94 or older truck or 4Runner, how do you change the headlights out? because the only way i know to change the lights out is to remove the grille assembly. seems that with the ARB, that would be impossible unless you unbolted the bumper too. am i right?

Although I have a TJM bumber, it's very similar to the ARB. It's a pretty tight fit, but I think that you could unseat the grill to get to the headlight mounting screws. I was able to do this when I had a Manik grill guard installed. It was definitely a pain in the arse, but I was able to swap headlights. If you're planning on getting a winch installed, I don't think there will be room to get the grill unseated. You may want to PM Corey about this as he has an ARB with a winch. I spoke with him a while back and he was going to try to rig something up.
To be on the safe side, I'd replace your headlights just prior to putting on a bull bar, so you won't have to deal with it for a few years.

That is a good question as I want to go back to a regular 55/100 H4 bulb before too long.
I have not really looked into it yet.
It would be a PITA if the bumper had to come loose to do the job
