arb bumper mods

arb bumper mods

Has anyone ever moified there arb winch bumper by cutting off the grill guard and hoops.And I know that i should have gotten the TJM if I didnt want the guard.

not i. i like the hoops on mine. you can do it though...it'll just require a plasma cutter & welding to fill in the holes, + either refinish by rattle can or re-powdercoating.

Agreed with above, it just won't look as good as it could if you traded with someone with a T-17.

The tube outer frames give the wings alot of strength. If you do hack them off be sure to add some reinforcement on the inside. The tube-less arb would look heaps better than the tjm imo...

I agree!! The ARB bullbars loops go right thru the outter wings of the bumper, and are welded behind!! it would loose its strength!!
