Callmej's 3.0 HG fix with pics
Gotta big project to tackle in 2 weeks and it will take a while doing it by myself. Getting a remanned motor and gotta switch everything over from the old motor then put it back in. I'm probably going to pull the old one this weekend in my father-in-laws garage because he has a big engine puller and air tools. If anyone is up to helping me tackle this thing in 2 days then I will try to provide any food and drinks possible to show my appreciation. I'm trying to get it back up to start driving it back to school and get my father-in-laws car back to him and try to make this Dolly Sods run since its a pretty mild one. Don't wanna run the new motor hard since its gotta have break in time. I will also be replacing my front cv's and probably converting over to manual hubs while I'm at it....along with tie rod ends...whatever is up front I can do if someone can help me on swapping the stuff off the old motor onto the new one. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated

Well next week around Monday I'm ordering the motor and maybe next weekend I'm going to start the swap. Not in stone yet....only if the motor don't arrive in time for the weekend. If not the weekend of the 1st it will be the following weekend of the 8th. I am about 40 minutes away from Roanoke VA and 20 minutes outside of Wytheville VA.

Won't touch it....he said the closest place he knew is in Roanoke and if I had the capabilities to haul it that far then I could. Well back to the drawing board...
