Anybody Interested in Performance Parts?
I'm looking into buying a 4th gen 4Runner. That leaves the question - "What do I do with my 3rd gen?"
I was thinking of parting-out the performance mods before trading-in. My '96 4Runner has:
TRD supercharger
TRD headers
Borla cat-back
FTC1
TRD LSD rear end assembly w/ 4.10 R&P
Auto tranny with Level 10 shift kit, torque converter, & valve body mod
305 cc injectos (never installed)
Dual pod A-pillar
EGT, boost pressure, fuel pressure, tranny temp guages and sending units
wide-band O2 sensor and display
ARM1
Addco sway bars
Hayden tranny cooler
I'm sure these would not mean much if I trade-in, so if I get much interest on these parts, I may try to sell them and then trade-in or sell outright.
If I decide to part-out I will work-out prices (prolly 50% off or so). Drop me a PM if you are interested. Thanks.

Update:
I was planning on buying a 4th gen and parting out my 3rd gen performance parts.
Last night I was in the local Toyota dealer test driving and talking deal when the saleswomen said "Are you sure you want the V8 when the V6 Has just as much HP (245)?"
Well I reviewed the 4Runner brochure and it said the V8 had 270 HP. Well she was puzzled and I noted that I had a 2005 4Runner brochure and I was looking at the 2004 leftovers. Then she showed me her notes from the Toyota updates for 2005. It said the 270 HP, the LSD, and the X-REAS suspension were all new for 2005!
I decided to wait for the 2005's. So for all you who responded to this thread I'm hanging on to my 3rd gen for a couple of more months till the 2005's become common, and I may restart this whole thing then. Thanks for your understanding.
