Any order from speedy performance Parts? They suck!
Anyone ever order from speedy performance parts?
I did. Here's what happened:
I ordered the Trueflow air filter and recharge kit. Then I got an email quoting me 60 bucks to ship it (i live in hawaii) and asked if I would like to cancel the order. I did but they screwed up and it was shipped anyway. I was charged the full amount and was told I had to call the shipping companies (2 seperate shipments) to cancel the shipment. I told them they should call since it was their screw up but they said they wouldn't. So anyway I'm never home so I was unable to refuse shipment so I had to take it back to fedex and dhl to ship it back. I got an email saying that my account was closed since they refunded me for one of the packages. They forgot about the second one and was't going to refund me. Throughout all this I can see they have some MAJOR communication issues between accounting, shipping and the warehouse. I cannot believe they run a company in such a way.
I am so pissed off that I had to go through all this trouble for a mistake SPEEDY PERFORMANCE PARTS made. Never through this whole process have they offered any type of support. I still haven't been refunded and its been like 2 months. I have disputed charges and all that with my credit card company.
I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering from them. No scratch that. DO NOT USE THEM EVER EVER EVER.
