Almost there...
I have everything back together with the new red flare gaskets installed and the license surround painted and reinstalled. It looks SO much better with the monochromatic look... The ARB will be delivered in the next hour or so, but I won't get it on until Sat...

LOVE the flares and body cladding!!!
Pass on the rear bumper match...
You will be so psyched when the ARB gets here!!!
Then just bringer over to Colorado, and we'll hook you with a brand new Rockware Rear Bumper and you'll be set...

Boy does that look nice. Did you end up colorsanding and then clearcoating the parts you painted? I just might have to take a crack at doing my bushwackers. That looks really sharp.

Thanks for the comments guys! I'm really happy with the way it looks. No more mall crawler for me!
Naah, I've used them at a previous job for a professional scale model company, but I've only done work on cars as a hobby of sorts...
OH HELL YEAH! It's in the garage now all unpacked and ready for it's first coat tomorrow... However, I do have one beef that I've already called them about. I ordered the bumper on Jan 2nd and received it on Mar 2nd. First thing I did after getting it unloaded was to do a complete inventory for all parts (project engineer in me) and I'm glad I did. It was missing the Right Blinker/Cornering Lens Assembly and BOTH IPF Fog Lights. I bought it locally, and before I gave my guy the go ahead to order, he called ARB-USA twice to get all my questions answered. The last question I asked was if the Fogs were included and they confirmed that they were so I pulled the trigger on just the bumper assembly. They didn't have much info on the website at the time, so we had to go by what they told us over the phone. Now they have a page dedicated to the Sahara Bar (different from the one they advertised in Jan when I ordered it) and it clearly states that the IPF Fogs are optional... and of course I get it in and it included the little plastic inserts instead of the fogs. Supposedly, this is the first one with this model number that is stateside, so they may have changed the status to NOT include the fogs, but mine was ordered when they said they came with it - so begins the battle. I just want them to make good on the package and do it quickly and politely.
Anyway, I'm still stoked. I have to wait until Sat until Brian comes over with his angle grinder and to help me install it, but between now and then, it's 3-4 coats of Sunfire Red and 3-4 coats of clear! My only question is should I paint the "rubber" bumperettes on each side and the one that connects them on the bottom? I have some adhesion promoter, so there's no doubt that I could make it stick and be chip resistant, but how would it look? Give me some feedback!
Give me a couple of days and I will...

And the funny thing is, I am never quoted unless I am wrong. Something I've taken notice into.
