air intake mod ok for emissions?

I have installed the tailpipe intake mod and removed the airbox silencers and added the breathers on the case.

will this cause me to fail the emissions part of my inspection?

Everything is new(er) under the hood.

rebuilt 3.0, new (so/so) Iridium plugs and Bosch blue wires, K&N filter clean and 1.5 yr old fuel filter.

sound ok?

I thought I read that the breathers on the case cause the bad gasses in the case to escape into the atmosphere and not get recirc'ed into the exhaust where it burns up.

ok/not ok?

Mike

I have never had a problem with PCV breathers in Phoenix on our Accord. I doubt they are going to be looking for something like that in TX. Maybe CA, but not TX.
