I use an inexpensive Grant that I picked up at a Checker auto.

 

I've got a similar one in my truck

Ebay - I got the wheel and adapter from the same seller for about $50 shipped. Very happy with the deal and the final install - wasn't too hard either

sorry forgot to mention... took a little while of hunting. Nobody seemed to have the adapter.
