Advice on worn clutch

This translates to :
Took car on a long lunch brake to the strip club, exsperiance 1)burn outs - clutch slipped a little, 2) Noise bearing from the broken transmistion peices from burn out test. 3) Hooker rash on rear ( aka the clap as I call it )

When a manual transmission slips it acts just like an automatic transmission - when you step on the go pedal the engine makes more noise and uses more fuel and more heat is generated but not much 'go' comes out of it....

Have any of you guys, had, or heard of a Sudden failure, = No Clutch, just that special smell, & Big rigs FLYIN by as you pull over, 137K original miles. Slave & master ok. Hope the trans is ok.
