Adjustable cam sprocket - LC Eng....

IMO the benefits dont outweigh the risks, getting into serious tuning of a motor that weak to begin with provides no real benefit. You'd have to take it to a dyno and have somone that know what they are doing adjust it. In the end you might gain 5hp. . . you wouldnt even be able to feel it. Guys dont even always run adjustable cams on big HP motors.

I have experience on a single cam Honda motor. What Jeremy said is right on the money. You need a way to tune it. I will say this though, I was able to really move my trap speeds around with very small adjustments (1-2 MPH). So, I know it was doing something. In the end, I just pulled it and sold it on ebay.

Most guys with 22re's and adjustable cam gears mainly it is used to correct cam timing after decking the head or block. Really not worth the cash unless your doing some serious perfromance mods.
