Which adhesive/sealant for polished aluminum to rubber?
I had used a polished Injen intake that I hacked up a bit for the dual battery set-up. Well, I had used some clear silicone adhesive to adhere the rubber piece on the throttle body to the intake but it has dried hard and come free from the rubber. It is no longer a tight seal and at high speeds it sounds like I have a turbo whine! ssssssss.... Any suggestions on readhering it? I've got some JB weld, some GOOP, some gorilla glue.... Thanks!

I have successfully used the "Goop" many times and that will work. After it dries, it still stays felxible, rather than hard like most. Since it's flexible it can absorb the vibration and won't break the seal.
I've used this on my other car for the windscreen to stop it from vibrating/coming loose. It's worked so far for speeds up to 90 mph, so it should work for your setup no problem.
