'99 3.4L V6 4x4 T4R Air Intake Hose??? Where can I find one?
Guys I am at a loss. I have a '99 4runner that I recently purchased. I love the vehicle and it runs great. I noticed before I bought it the guy had the short section of intake hose that connects directly to the throttle body taped up. I figured this would be an easy fix as I've taken parts like this off to clean throttle bodies before. However, I flat out cannot find this part. Does anyone know what the part number is or where online I might be able to find one? I beleive it contains the resonator.
Any pointers or direction on this would be great! I would go to a local pay and pull but I am at work before they open and don't get off until way after they close.

RWOregon- That helps nicely. I believe the part I need is 17881 but I ama little unsure if that is the hose that attaches directly to the intake plenum. If it is that is what I need.
Elton- My camera kicked the bucket but I will try to get a good pic tonight. I am pretty sure it is 17881, do you still have this part? If so I'd like to discuss pricing and shipping to Windsor CO.
Thanks guys!

I believe if I am looking at it correctly 17881 attaches to the air filter box. If this is the case then I need 17882.
I will look for a pic of the 3.4L engine so I can highlight the part in the pic.

Use the link I posted above. There are online Toyota dealers who sell parts for much less than the local dealer.

hey, you could always just do a homemade cold air intake or replace the whole section with some electrical conduit piping from home depot. I frankensteined my yota's intakes and like 'em better than the stock fitting there.
for $80 you can make one hellufa nice intake. Sucks how much parts are. Went to buy a new doorhandle for my old runner, they want over $100 at the discounted price. robbery...

Ended up being $50 shipped from the website linked above. I thought about doing my own kind of deal, but I just don;t know enough about how everything works to deviate too much from the norm.
Always thought it would be cool to have the additional horses from a cold air intake but refuse to pay the couple hundred bucks for a kit.
