I had the same problem with the same P0305 code on my 2000 4Runner with 5VZFE. I replaced the coil and spark plug with no luck. Then I read this thread and tested the fuel injector to find a resistance of about 90 Ohms. I replaced the injector and now it's running great. This forum really helped a lot.

I am having this same issue on cyl 3. Going to test the resistance OHM's on the injector to verify. I have a couple of questions in regards to the actual testing part of it. What do i set my volt meter to? also, do i place the volt meter in the female end of the electrical connector that is tied into the harness or do i put it on the injector prongs itself? also, do i test it with the ignition in the "On" position or does it have to be running? thanks guys! yotatech wins!

Derp.....never mind it won't run with the intake pulled off like that. Anyway I measured the resistance and its a bad injector! I vote sticky this thread!!!
